Morro Bay will be honoring true heroes this fall with the inaugural First Responders Pub Crawl. Everyone’s invited to dress up like their favorite first responder and enjoy wine, beer, and food served at their favorite local retail store, restaurant or service business outlet. There will be a winemaker or brew master waiting inside local businesses to give a sip of their exceptional product while guests attempt to visit every business. The goal is two-fold: first to encourage guests to explore new businesses in Morro Bay and introduce a new set of customers to local wineries and breweries. Tickets are $15.00 each, ($20.00 at the door) and are all-inclusive. All proceeds go to the Friends of the Morro Bay Harbor Department. The crawl begins at two locations with one finish line where passports will be collected, and the winners will be announced! This adult activity will finish up the next morning with a Walk of Shame Breakfast at local eateries serving a special breakfast to the crawlers. Watch for more info about this exciting event.
